Both parties agreed to end all litigation cases after the agreement, while specific terms remain confidential. Oppo’s chief intellectual property officer, Feng Ying, emphasized the company’s commitment to respecting intellectual property, supporting fair pricing, and promoting a sustainable IP ecosystem.
