The Penn State and Rutgers football teams are scheduled to meet in a Big Ten Conference contest on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, at Beaver Stadium in University Park, Pennsylvania. The game is scheduled to start at noon ET. 

Penn State, ranked No. 12 in The Associated Press poll, enters the matchup 8-2 overall and 5-2 in the Big Ten. Most recently, Michigan defeated PSU 24-15 on Nov. 11. Rutgers comes into the contest 6-4 overall and 3-4 in the Big Ten. On Nov. 11, Iowa beat Rutgers 22-0. Entering Saturday, PSU leads the all-time series 31-2 vs. Rutgers.
