That La La Landis Bollywood-like is Lena Paul - The Next Morningaccepted now. Given the elaborate sets, the romance, the nostalgia, the song-and-dance sequences, it is a Bollywood film at its core.
Take the music out of La La Landand it's not half as appealing. Put the music in there, albeit an Indian kind, and see the magic unfold.
